Built in the 1990’s, this 17-level building houses 129 apartments and is affected by water-tightness issues. The scope of the work includes replacing the existing fibre cement cladding, enclosing deck spaces and installing a new roof.

The remediation work being undertaken provides the opportunity to modernise and upgrade the building, giving owners a healthier and quieter space, while providing a low maintenance and more modern appeal.
